Optimus Tax approached us in 2025 with a clear goal: to simplify the way clients — both in Greece and abroad — book consultations online. As a modern accounting and tax firm with growing demand for services like Business Establishment, Business Transformation, and Income via Internet, they needed a bilingual (Greek + English) booking system integrated seamlessly into their site, with strong SEO foundations and intuitive navigation.
Our Approach:
We developed a fully integrated OnLine Appointments page powered by Calendly, allowing users to instantly schedule meetings based on real-time availability — directly from within the Optimus Tax website.
In addition, we redesigned and optimised the website’s link structure and hierarchy, ensuring that every page is both SEO-friendly and easy to navigate. Our goal was to help users find key services within two clicks while improving crawl efficiency for search engines.
Key improvements included:
- Designing clear and descriptive URLs that reflect each service’s purpose and primary keyword, such as:
- Creating an SEO-driven internal linking structure, interconnecting related topics (for example, from Business Transformation to Accounting Support for Sole Proprietorships) to enhance content relevance and dwell time.
- Implementing breadcrumb navigation and a service-based taxonomy to guide users smoothly from general categories (Tax, Accounting, Online Income) to specific service pages.
- Adding multilingual SEO metadata (English + Greek) and hreflang tags, ensuring correct regional indexing by Google and an improved user experience for international visitors.
- Structuring CTAs and links to Calendly forms contextually within each service page, boosting conversion rates by reducing friction between discovery and booking.
Beyond the architectural work, we also focused on performance optimisation (page speed, mobile UX) and ongoing SEO strategy, positioning Optimus Tax as one of the most user-friendly and search-optimised accounting firms in Greece.
Result:
The new structure made the Optimus Tax website faster, more intuitive, and search-engine ready.
Users now navigate effortlessly through a logical and well-labeled menu system, while Google’s crawlers can index the site’s hierarchy efficiently.
Combined with the Calendly-powered booking system, these improvements led to higher engagement, increased organic visibility, and more appointment conversions from both domestic and international audiences.
